BIOGRAPHY

Hasan Yasar is the Technical Director of the Continuous Deployment of Capability group at the Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University. He leads engineering teams that accelerate secure digital transformation using DevSecOps, SRE, Agile, and AI/ML to deliver resilient software pipelines.

Hasan also serves as a Teaching Professor at Carnegie Mellon, where he teaches software and security disciplines. A contributor to IEEE and ISO standards, he co-authored the IEEE 2675 DevOps standard and continues to advance global software engineering practices.
