BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Jeff Joyce is the Co-founder and the President of Critical Systems Labs (CSL) Inc., a Vancouver-based engineering consultancy specialising in safety and security for critical systems. With more than 30 years of experience, he has contributed to industries spanning aerospace, automotive, defence, and medical devices.

Jeff represented Canada in the ISO working group that developed the first edition of ISO 26262 and is a co-inventor on three autonomous vehicle patents. His research and leadership continue to shape functional safety and risk management in advanced vehicle technologies.
